We were able to get our car in sooner here than a couple of other dealerships that we tried, but they are TERRIBLE about communicating what is happening with the car. We dropped it off Wednesday night. Friday afternoon they finally sent a text saying that it was warranty work. I called and found out that it was done an hour before closing, but never got a callback telling me if I could pick it up after hours. I guess I will be spending my Saturday morning trying to talk to someone there.
