I love the White Plains Subaru service center. I have been working with Nick C for over three years now and he has been great as well as the rest of the staff. I drive a lot for work, sports, and travel in general so I am frequently here getting my car serviced. I have had a lot of potential issues taken care of in a timely manner and saved thousands of dollars preventing vehicular catastrophes from occurring. I went there on Saturday July 5th because I could hear my brakes squeaking when engaged, it was really severe. I was told I needed new back brakes and rotors which would cost $807, which I paid. I left thinking the problem was fixed only to hear the same squeaking brakes just an hour later and for hours after that. Now I'm wondering why they took $807 from me to NOT fix the problem.
