Got me in on a Saturday afternoon with the promise of an appointment and a car to leave it as the repair was certainly expected to take multiple days. Got in after a 50 mile drive to be told this is going to take a few days and we don’t give cars on Saturdays. Manager would not take my call and was told to come back Monday as I was now at the will of when they could actually give me a vehicle. Extremely disappointed and will do everything I can to now avoid coming back. Lost a very loyal customer.
This was my second visit to the Subaru Service Department and it was just as great as the first visit. From the moment I drove my car into the garage, I continued to be impressed with the appearance, the attendants working on the floor, my service advisor (Cristian), and the very comfortable waiting room. Excellent pleasant service! Awesome waiting area that is private to have lunch/work during your appt. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I am very pleased. Super easy to get to off the Taconic/Sprain. Highly recommend!
I want to shout out Isaiah and the rest of the team here for working in the cold and keeping everyone (especially me) happy. This place is a great bonus to owning a Subaru- good service, caring people, and they even will cover your uber home and back during service. Nothing bad to say.
