After explicit explanation and demonstration of the problem, repair to my 1999 manual transmission Subaru Legacy Outback were completed in a timely manner. The good humor and expertise of service advisor, Nicholas LaFollette, and service manager Michael Varner, added to the pleasant experience. Everyone I've dealt with at this dealership has been kind and professional. They fixed an issue with my Subaru Ascent that was under warranty and I was able to get a loaner while the work was being done. I have high hopes for this dealership being a trusted place to take my car going forward.
