I recently moved to Reno and have been looking for a dealership that is comparable with the one I used in Mesa AZ. Yesterday I drove an hour to try the independent Michael Hohl Subaru dealership to have my Subaru Outback serviced. It was well worth the trip. My service representative, Chris Hawes, was great. I'm happy to have found a company that I feel is efficient, reasonably priced and customer oriented.
I bought tires, but was not given all the information about the tires, the information sheet, I just got the invoice, also the person who sold it to me Felicia was doing her darn best to get rid of me without answering my questions. The nice part was they took me on short notice which was helpful, don't buy tires from Felicia, the other sales people are better and will spend time with you.
Oil change on my Subaru was quick & easy so we decided to bring our Ford truck in too. Tried to schedule online & was able to add vehicle & select it but oil change option wasn't available so I called. Spoke with someone who wasn't able to help but took my name & number down for service advisor to call back after lunch. Didn't receive a call back so I just booked online & picked Tire rotation & added oil change in the notes to reserve my time.
