We have gotten our Subaru serviced at multiple places including the Reno places and Michael Hohl Subaru is in my opinion the very best. They don't push things on you that you don't need, they don't charge outrageous amounts, they simply tell you what you need and help you get it taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. Plus they have a nice big waiting room with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate! Great for entertaining 4 kids while you wait!
I had a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped in to have it fixed. I was told they were a bit busy but they would take care of me. The wait time was minimal and the repair done for me. Subaru always makes an effort to take care of everyone in a timely manner with service and customer support that goes above the rest.

They incorrectly serviced my Outback three times. The sales department was forced into purchasing an after-market warranty during the sales process. I was told that Norm's in SLT would work with the warranty. Norms will NOT work with it. No other dealership or shop in the area was willing to work with the warranty company. When I purchased the vehicle, they had the wrong fluids in it.
