Good customer service from parts department
Update. The wheel was a used wheel with scratches all over. Absolutely incredible! This place has no core values. This place is simply train to really rip off their customer base. Their customer satisfied means absolutely nothing to this Subaru location. Employees at this service department only care about their sales of services. A wheel is nearly $600. I had a poor experience in the service department about 10 years ago, and ended up back over the last few years for warranty work. Things have completely changed. Every part of this team makes the stressful process smooth. I love that they also show a video of anything needing attention and give a comprehensive breakdown. Tyler, Amanda and all other service advisors I’ve dealt with have been great.
I had a good experience recently purchasing a 2023 Forester from Lee's Summit Subaru. Everyone was professional, conscientious and helpful. I'll be back!
