Carbon cleaning, oil change and tire rotation. All reasonable. A battery installed? Nearly $400? Nope!
I loved my Subaru Outback. The sales department in 2013 was fantastic. The service department used to be phenomenal. In the last 3 to 4 years it has completely turned. Instead of working with you and explaining what needs to be done...you feel as if you are being sold the most expensive fix possible. They constantly feel understaffed. In 2023 I had electronic transmission problem repaired for $1500 and within 2 weeks the car was back in the shop for a 2K fix that should have been seen earlier.
