My most recent service experience here was quite frustrating! I was quoted at a lower price for some needed repairs as well as a major mileage service and ended up paying more than what was quoted to have the work left incomplete on my car. My 2023 Subaru went in for service. Had it towed in because I had no heat and after driving several miles there was steam coming from under the hood. They got my car serviced and repaired in 4 business days. At no time did anyone tell me what was wrong, what the repair was or a single word except that my car was done. I would definitely expect more from a dealer. No vacuuming or anything was done.
