Place is a rip off. Just brought my car in for routine maintenance and they charge way too much. Over $340 for labor charges alone. Just go to your local mechanic instead.
You can tell these guys care. I have a '19 Impreza that I've been trying to update with OEM parts on my own, and hit a roadblock that I thought the dealer's guys could probably handle better than me with the parallel roof rack and a rear view mirror. I like these guys. They are pretty direct, they took quicker than I thought, and the car always comes back super clean. As long as we're in warranty I'm definitely coming to them, and when we're out of warranty I still may come to them. They were also reasonably communicative throughout the process. And the waiting room is nice, the coffee and snack situation is a plus.
Pickup experience not great; our car wasn't ready when we arrived on Saturday. We were told it was ready Friday evening.
