I am a multiple Subaru owner that has previously worked with other service centers in Westchester, NY. I bought my latest Subaru from White Plains Premier and use their service center. Very impressed throughout - the best dealership I’ve worked with. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, well run and professional. Grateful to have found them, elevating my Subaru experience even more. MY CAR WAS FINISHED SO QUICKLY I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ADJUST THE MIRRORS IN THE LOANER. From sales to parts to service, I've dealt with them all. Everyone has been great. Shout-out to Tommy in service, Andrew in sales and Mark in parts.
The service center ran by Frankie Torres is a complete disaster. They have inexperienced employees who are being used and exploited, with little regard for their well-being. From speaking with the staff, it’s clear that the so-called "work-life balance" they claim to prioritize is non-existent. On top of that, they manipulate commissions to shortchange their employees.
