I definitely recommend Devin in service. Very professional if you live in San Jose, it’s worth the drive to Fremont.
Talk about regretting ever purchasing a vehicle... I really don't like the service of Subaru, at least the one in Fremont, California. As a simple example, it typically takes me three to four phone calls to get a return phone call about the status of service of my vehicle. I don't know what it is about their service department, but they've never come to understand the concept of courtesy and keeping the customer informed.
