I had a great experience working with Mason at Stevens Creek Subaru! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car…just that it was making a strange sound. Mason was incredibly patient and really took the time to listen and understand the issue. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, providing updates and making sure I felt in the loop. Celine was super helpful! The only downside to this place is you have to sit and wait in your car for a bit, but no worries someone will come help you in a few minutes.
Got 2 things fixed in my Subaru which were under extended warranty. I don't have too much experience with this Subaru service in general but Hung specifically (my service advisor) was amazing. He will explain as much or as little as you want and doesn't talk down to you. Also very communicative and nice. Promote this guy!
