Update 2026 January: It was quite a bad experience as there was lack of communication when we needed the most. The time estimates they provided were off and I ended up making a 25 min trip to pick up my car and was sent back. First of all they are tough to reach via phone call when I wanted to check if it’s ready. I had to gamble and decided to reach the center and turns out it wasn’t ready. My sister went there with a brand new car and they said both filters needed replacement. The filters are new, the car is new, the filters are completely white. It's a visual inspection anyway. If they are not honest about this, makes you wonder if you can trust their service on other things. We tend to forget this but cars can be a life or death situation.
Andreas was super welcoming and understanding to what I wanted for my next vehicle! No worrying was needed here since no one came rushing to push you into something you don’t want.
