Brought my new Forester in for its first 6 month service. Service advisor Jordan handled my appointment very professionally and efficiently. I particularly was impressed with the video they sent me showing the technician performing the complete vehicle inspection. Will definitely be back to Stevens Creek Subaru for all my future car service and I recommend them to anyone looking for Subaru vehicle service.

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish at Subaru Stevens Creek! Our 2021 Forester died early one Saturday morning, and they were able to get us into service that day and gave us an awesome rental vehicle until our car could get fixed that Monday! Jenny B was THE BEST! She kept us up to date on our car and was so incredibly kind and sweet to our family!
