Had an appointment today here, showed up and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. Was rude and dismissive.
New Management update: - service attention is still very good. Although it took 2 hours more than other times. - new ownership is money centered not focused on car longevity. Just be careful.
Our salesperson was out of the office on Saturday, but we were led to believe that she was there. I called back frustrated that I hadn't heard from her (that she was, in fact, off, and not in, not that she didn't call, mind you- I'm sure she deserved her day off!) and it turned out that the fellow who took my call was the GSM (Mario)! Inquired for a car in the evening and made an appointment for the next morning. I asked if it possible to reserve and was told no but I also asked if I can be notified if it’s no longer available with enough time because I will be coming from a long drive. The next morning I traveled two hours just to be called ten minutes before my appointment to be let known that it’s no longer available. Complete waste of my time. Bad service. Bad communication.
