I'm genuinely surprised that we had this experience with Subaru, especially since my partner and I are both loyal Subaru owners. Manny presented himself as someone who had our best interests in mind, worked with a sense of urgency, and assured Enzo that the roof racks and subwoofer would be removed and returned before the sale, as they were not part of the agreement. They sold my brother a car that‘s check engine light turned on less than five miles driving off the lot. They agreed to refund him and take the car back, but after a month have yet to follow through. So they have both the car they started with and an additional $15,000 from my brother. I do not recommend purchasing here, you’d be putting yourself at risk.
