I worked with someone and scheduled a time and date to test drive and purchase a car. I communicated with their team keeping them updated about my ETA. I got there and the car wasn’t even there. The salesman that I worked with did own up to it and apologize but I had called at 10am and set the appointment time for 8pm the same day. It was confirmed and we even spoke and texted a few more times throughout the day. 3/20/26- Great experience with service team. William- my usual service manager was off today. But he made sure to hand off all info relevant to my appointment to Kevin. Kevin- checked me in, reviewed the work scheduled and if it aligned with my expectations. Kevin updated me 2 hours into the work with an eta. And my car was actually ready a little sooner than estimated. Gabby- she checked me out with final paperwork and payment. Great experience and painless.
Fred offered a quick and simple buying experience. He gave me a deal, was very communicative, and didn't push dealer add-ons at me. I visited several other LA Subaru locations and the Santa Monica shop was by far the best experience .
Very happy with the service and all the good vibes in the place, great people and good prices.
William in service was amazing to work with. Stellar customer service. Jeff in Sales was great too! Super welcoming and not to pushy. Very kind. We got general maintenance done and an inspection. The prices at this place are INSANE. All the parts are x5 if not more. Also the sales manager whose name starts with E… yeah not great vibes.
