Had my Outback in for service and all went well.. Christian does a great job and is very customer oriented… I am working on some warranty stuff with the Corporate office.. ?? But Subaru Santa Monica does a fine job..
Cristian was a great partner during my most recent visit. I marked down a star as evem with an appointment the service always takes 4 hours. Subaru needs to update their supply and demand processes to ensure their customers arent waiting as they are always backed up
Great quick oil change and inspection. Good service and out in under an hour!
