My 2020 Outback was having issues with the main display as well as the safety features. The service manager listen carefully and more importantly believed me when I described the problems which were intermittent. The software was reloaded and all the systems seem to working again. Everyone at Subaru Santa Monica is so kind and communicative. I usually hate taking my car in to be serviced, especially now that it’s older and there’s always a surprise repair uncovered. But this team genuinely makes it as stress free as possible. They work quickly and make the service process as painless as possible. Arrived for electrical problem without an appointment. Service Department found the problem and completed the service quickly. Service Manager Stennis was very helpful in reviewing future service and the status of my vehicle with me.
I arrived on time and was checked in promptly. I received a text message that I would get updates via text and videos of my service. This did not happen. Upon checking out I got a laundry list of issues which I could address not as I was now ready to leave my appointment. Upon departure I got a flat tire that needed immediate attention I luckily found a tire dealership nearby that helped me. Overall I very disappointed visit.
