Will never in my life buy another Subaru and will ensure no one I know does either. Faulty strut they refused to fix and basically told me “oh well, take it or leave it”. Essentially, this tells me they do not stand behind their products with the faith and confidence a large purchase such as a vehicle would warrant. Extremely disappointed. Back to Honda or Toyota for my next vehicle I guess.
The worst customer service Even managers and supervisors. They are the worst. They are not professionals that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had after I’ve been a client for nine years. I buy three cars from them and one of them become a problem with the engine defect. All I want hopefully karma get you guys.
Paint chipping all over the place in my subaru outback Limited. I only use car wash soap, wax it several times a year and keep in Garaged!!!!! This is aweful! I loved my Subaru and was conidering another till I see my paint is chipping where the sun doesnt even hit it! Come on Subaru, do better. I will not suggest anyone to buy. I hope I get your help on this. If not people beware.
