bought a certified used car, unfortunately im very unsatisfied with how it went, the inspection that was done to the vehicle by their tech was beyond wrong , took some measurement myself and they were way off the report that was given to me, components were used way more than it was stated.Nothing they can do as tech inspection is right and obviously im wrong as well as it was still in the ¨serviceable limits¨ so there is that. Came for a alignment & got out with a bigger problem I didn’t have before they touch my car🙂 now they went to charge me 1400$ for something I didn’t break😂 but hey at least I got free coffee🤙🏼
The 1 star given here is for the customer service in the mechanics department. The team is young an untrained. Groupe Tremblay has major training to give this team. It is a complete turn off and aggravation dealing with them. This is the reason I will not purchase another Subaru from this dealership. Still waiting for a replacement part it's been 4weeks +. I have been calling them to get updates because although they told me they will follow up they never do!
