Buying a car is very stressful. Subaru Repentigny has changed my negative perception of dealerships and made my experience a pleasant one for someone who hates shopping for a car. The 1 star given here is for the customer service in the mechanics department. The team is young an untrained. Groupe Tremblay has major training to give this team. It is a complete turn off and aggravation dealing with them. This is the reason I will not purchase another Subaru from this dealership. Still waiting for a replacement part it's been 4weeks +. I have been calling them to get updates because although they told me they will follow up they never do!

If you're going to buy used, do it with Jeff Cleary. I'm loving my Legacy. He's provided excellent service and made the entire process enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
