I ordered a hose for my 2006 STi. I waited for close to a month and still hadn't received it. They created a label with UPS two weeks ago but never handed the package over. I was able to get in touch with the person at SoJax that handles these orders and after some literal digging they discovered that the bubble mailer it was in fell behind a shelf and was missed.
