Ordered touch-up paint and paid thru Amazon Pay. Subaru Parts Pro charged $32.97 and never received paint. Tried multiple times to contact them with no response.
Do Not Use! Expensive shipping rates. Incompetent or sleazy shipping practices. Terrible customer service and response times. Don’t waist your time or money.
Tried to use a goodwill coupon with them. Sent a request with the coupon, took awhile to respond. Then they asked for the coupon again. By the time they got around to it again the coupon expired and Subaru won’t reissue it (Subaru parts pros said they would). Out $350 coupon due to their customer service. EDIT: Contacted them as they stated in the response this review to which they responded with essentially “can’t help”
Got me Subaru certified parts in a timely manner!
Not sure how people give them such raving reviews . Misleading info in website. Takes a long time to get the product . Takes them a long time to answer emails . Won’t answer a phone call . Stay ways from this vendor
