What can I say, if I ever need parts on my WRX this is where I go. Amazing quality, great customer service, and even better prices. I had an issue with one of my recent orders. But the team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the issue was handled quickly. Down to even calling my cell phone so we could just go over everything quickly versus emails. Please give Jerry and the people over here a much needed raise. Attached will by my Subaru for attention. Next step is a roof rack!
I placed an online order on 9/15/26 for 4x tires, 9/18/26 they were shipped via UPS and FOUR tires were supposed to be delivered to the shop that was going to install them on my car. But, only THREE of the four tires were delivered. I received a call from the shop informing me of this. Ordered touch-up paint and paid thru Amazon Pay. Subaru Parts Pro charged $32.97 and never received paint. Tried multiple times to contact them with no response.
Do Not Use! Expensive shipping rates. Incompetent or sleazy shipping practices. Terrible customer service and response times. Don’t waist your time or money.
