So disappointed with Subaru Troy. Was just informed that a prepaid oil change package that I purchased is not longer valid as it 'expired". So Subaru of Troy keeps the money I paid them for oil changes they did not perform? This is not the type of customer service I expect from Subaru or any other organization. Absolutely would not recommend this dealership that behaves so unethically to anyone.
Charles Vasseur is an exceptional worker and helped me get exactly the parts I need. He was able to help with every request I had and was understanding and accomodating. Can't recommend him enough and thank you for a great experience.
