As Always the Ertle Staff is top notch. I have bought 5 Subarus over the years. They are Great folks to deal with!!!. Pedro was Fantastic. As well as Tim and Eric. Thanks Guys!!!!
The staff in service and parts were excellent! Got an oil change and tire rotation today along with a few parts
Kind of surprised they are charging $30 00 for a small amount of touch up paint when I am going to spend well over $600.00 for inspection & tires.
All of the parts personnel at Ertle Subaru have been extremely polite & helpful when requesting parts or looking for them. Prefer to get OEM parts because of this.
EXCELLENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY RELIABLE.
