Brought my STI in for an oil change, worked with Kelly who was very professional and had a very positive attitude. Didn't have to wait long at all. I'll only bring my car for service at this place. I've had a lot of positive experiences due to the great service. Derrick had always been amazing and very patient in explaining everything thoroughly. Cherry on top is that they are not going to charge you an arm and a leg for their service. This place does not gouge and that's a huge plus in our current economy.

Their service technicians provide detailed video assessment of your vehicle and will not try to scam you with unnecessary repairs. We stopped going to a Subaru dealer in Raynham due to their tactics of claiming our vehicles needed hundreds of dollars of additional service. Instead, we are happy to give our business to the trusted staff at Patriot Subaru.
