Zachry was most helpful in repairing my car due to a failure in the sales department. My car was procurred from a dealership in Ocala and came, to our surprise with partial shades above the four windows. I was not told about this and, although the sales department promised to get in touch with me within the first week of ownership, they did not do so. I don't even want to give them one star. I am so distressed over the poor service we have received from Wesley chapel's service department. They have LIED on multiple occasions, and then returned our vehicle inoperable!!! Asked them to fix our vehicle and they don't. I don't understand this mentality.... Or legality !!
