Brought my car in because my Check Engine light came on. First, they charged $150 for a diagnosis (which is ridiculous, I’ve brought my car in to other Subraru dealerships for a diagnosis without being charged). They quoted me $10k for a repair on my engine and my axle on my very old car, so I went and got a second opinion from another mechanic. Helpful service people and pretty quick. One thing, parking is terrible. Never anywhere to park when dropping off the car.

Go anywhere else. I’ve had both a negative buying experience and now a negative service experience at Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield. After recently purchasing my car from them, I came with a failed battery and felt completely dismissed. Nicole, the service advisor I worked with, did not seem to care about my issue or offer any meaningful help or advocacy.
