Wake field Subaru is a quick, clean, and professional business. I regularly take my Forester here for maintenance and they have never failed me. They were ready for me when I arrived. The service manager, Dave Patti, greeted me when I arrived (Remembered that I like live music and we discussed that for a few minutess.) I enjoyed their free coffee and used the provided work area to catch up on some emails. They found and fixed another issue with my car quickly and at no extra charge. Thank you Wakefield Subaru!

Had a pleasant experience. I was notified of services done and an approximate time frame. Staff was helpful and were able to answer all my questions.
Scheduled a service appointment for oil change and state inspection. Arrived at 8:10 for the 8:20 appt. Two hours later, 10:24, still waiting for work to be done. It's a 20-30 minute job, tops. I checked with staff a half hour ago and I was told it will be any minute, then I'm left hanging again. What's the point of scheduling an appt?
