Everyone I encountered was super friendly; Quenton, however, was OUTSTANDING!!! My car was ready very quickly, too, which has never been my experience before taking me vehicle to Spokane's Subaru location. I'd give more stars if I could!
Great experience. My service advisor was courteous, friendly, and explained in detail the services that I would and would not need for my Subaru Outback. The service customer area was comfortable and a nice place to wait until the service was completed.
