Do not buy a used vehicle here, they are selling vehicles well over blue book and then flash you a number saying that they are selling it below market value. For example a ‘19 forester 134k miles for sale $14,799 which has been in an accident, when entering into KBB under very good condition this vehicle at its mileage is worth just over $10k, yet their KBB number was a ridiculous $15,200. I was greeted by Adan my serviceman. Very pleasant. Then the service department sent me a video of all my service that was done and then what parts needed to be changed. Aden came into the waiting room and explained everything again so I could make an educated decision in what to do. After the work was finished, we had a pleasant conversation as he walked me to my car. I highly recommend Aden as a great serviceman and the Suburba service department to continue taking care of my vehicle.

Very average to less-than-great experience here. We were never told clearly by sales what kind of warranty would come with purchasing a used vehicle here. It seemed like as soon as you were out the door you'd be on your own. Some add-ons were not transparent but showed up only as we neared sales (for example $700 for Permaplate-- it was already applied to the vehicle, but wasn't included in the advertised price?). Also, as a customer, you may need to pay for street parking...and a car sale can take awhile. Their customer lot... read more
