A big shout out to my sales team who made my first new car buying so easy. Jacob and Dave are simply amazing, so kind and so knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you Jacob and Dave for helping me along and making things so easy.
This store was a complete waste of our time. We had questions before purchasing this car that we had inspected by a licensed mechanic. That mechanic found a super concerning oil leak and our sales person didn’t have the time of day to answer any questions. Had he answered them prior to sending us to sign paperwork he could have saved us all a lot of time and frustration. Definitely would not recommend this store. Glad we took that car to be looked at before purchasing it and not taking the dealerships word for it!
Steve was very friendly. Showed me the cars I wanted to see. Never felt pushed or pressured. The process went smooth and was out of there quickly. Very happy with my purchase. Only downside is parking is terrible
My experience with Subaru of Spokane was one that had good and not terrible experiences. The online and internet sales connected us with a salesman quickly. After some conversation with the gentleman, I explained when I would be in town and we agreed on a time to meet to view a vehicle my son liked. Asked if there were any issues with vehicle.
