The service department at Spokane Valley Subaru is top shelf. They are organized, professional and communicate well. I’ve serviced my own cars for years but I'm getting to where I appreciate having an outfit that I can trust to do it right these days so I don’t have to do this stuff myself anymore.
We received excellent service and left with the perfect car.
Very good experience here recently buying a new Subaru from Jes. Jes was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and not at all pushy (our pet peeve for most car sales people). Would HIGHLY recommend visiting Jes at Subaru of Spokane if you are in the market.
I went into subaru with my mind Almost made up, I just wanted to test drive the car first Once I did , I realized the car wasn't for me. Joshua was able to show me a couple of options and help me find the perfect car for me. These guys made everything about buying a car from them nicer and easier than the last dealership I went to. Next time I need another vehicle I will definitely visit subaru and joshua.
