I had a terrible experience and I will do everything in my power to never return. I have had my car exclusively worked on by Sonora Subaru for all 6 years I have owned my car. We just got our Beca back from Modesto Subaru. What you wanted to charge us $9,500 for was fixed for $2,200. I just don't understand why you lied to us and told us we were using the wrong kind of oil, etc. I'm very upset with you and will tell everyone I know how you treat customers. We've been using you for years. No, more. You owe us $1500.
