First I have to say I am from Essex. I tried shopping local but did not have a great experience. My salesman Brad from Sarnia Subaru however was amazing. He went to bat for me to get a great trade in Value for my car and a fair price for my new Subaru. When I picked it up Brad spent alot of time with me going over everything in my new car to teach me all the features and equipment and how to use them. My Wife and I purchased a new 2025 Crosstrek from Brad. As women coming in, we were prepared to dismissed or worse. Brad was excellent to work with. He showed us the vehicle and didn't add pressure, but answered all our questions. Tina in the business office was fantastic, no pressure but showed us options. Recently traded in my Nissan Kicks for a Crosstrek. Subaru hadn't even been on my shortlist when I decided to just stop in. I left the same day with the purchase contract. I loved my Kicks but the Crosstrek drivability was far superior and the staff are great. Special thanks to Brad, Tina and Mike. Not one negative thing to say about the purchase experience here. Have already recommended them and that ended in a deal as well. Definitely worth checking Subaru of Sarnia out if you're considering a new vehicle
I recently purchased a 2-year old Forester from this dealer. I had told Brad Banks I was looking for a trade-in option while getting my previous vehicle serviced. He kept an eye for me and let me know when this one came in. I appreciated he was up front with me about the history of the vehicle. I've had my vehicles serviced at this dealer for the last 8 years. They have been thoughtful and considerate in their dealings with me.
