Victor at Subaru Service truly went above and beyond helping me with my 2018 Subaru Forester. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough while guiding me through a recall issue and a transmission problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the entire process feel way less stressful. I’m so grateful for his help and Victor is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!
Terrible service don’t waste your money. They won’t take any responsibility for parts they damage on your vehicle and when you bring it up will just charge you to do the same job again. Spent 700+ on brakes they didn’t do properly the first time around.
Once again, last week I had a superior service experience at Santa Fe Subaru Service dept. I stopped in, unscheduled, they were a little short of service reps, but very welcoming with me. Victor overheard my request to get my malfunctioning backup fob working (or as I was afraid, replaced - very expensive to do, but a very necessary car part).
