I drove almost 2 hours to get my 2014 wrx hatchback serviced here, more than glad that I did the mechanic went above and beyond and even fixed my clutch squeaking for me. Thank you so much

Pedro, Carlos & the gentlemen in the parts department are lovely, straightforward and personable. The young men at the front desk are difficult to work with, insubordinate, and impatient. If I could work directly only with the parts department, I would & I give them all five stars! Everyone else I spoke to, I found rude, impatient and could not explain any specifics about my car or the work done on it. They seem unwilling to investigate & not interested in helping customers. Process was smooth and easy. Everyone was polite and friendly. Love my Crosstrek! Adam was kind and patient explaining process and car. Met other people but cannot remember their names. They get 5 stars in my book.
