I bought a part for my car and it arrived very quickly, but it was the wrong part. I contacted customer service and was responded to by Adam Carruthers, who kindly apologized and sent me the correct part the next day. Thanks for your quick response.
Customer service sucks here. Called in to check on something and the response to my additional inquiry was, "I dunno bro." He was not thrilled to be on the phone and hung up pretty quick. The riverside dealership at least went the extra mile when looking up my part. On top of that, they were double the price of the other dealership for the same part. Look elsewhere if you want quality service and attention.
Mike and all the staff were very helpful. I needed so many different parts and hoses I broke from changing the turbo inlet on an almost 20 years old WRX. Most of the hoses just snapped into pieces. They were able to help me figure out which parts I needed. I will definitely be coming back.
