That big guy that works the parts counter is terrible to deal with. I went in with part numbers and the guy argued with me telling me that he will not be able to match the parts because it’s not their parts. I gave him Subaru genuine part numbers, and the part I removed from my Subaru was a Subaru genuine part, but he continued to argue with me. End up having to drive all the way to Ontario to find out that he had three of the seals that I was looking for in stock at San Bernardino, but the guy didn’t want to do his job. I s... read more
I asked for wiper blade refills for my 2023 BRZ (i actually have a GR86) Subaru said they dont sell the wiper refills. I quickly searched online for part numbers for the parts guy. He said again, Subaru doesnt sell/make them. So i went across the street to Toyota and they sold them to me with 0 issues. Soooo tell me why Subaru cant supply these parts when they legit supply everything on the car already since they are sister cars. Make it make sense Subaru
