I am once again disappointed with the maintenance service at Subaru of Puyallup. Each visit entails an extended wait for check-in, despite having an appointment and arriving early. Furthermore, I've experienced overcharging due to technician/mechanic mishaps. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach the customer service manager, Samantha.
