We had never dealt with a Subaru dealership previous to this experience. We own a 2021 Subaru Ascent that was having transmission problems. The service that we were given at Subaru Prince George through the sales and service staff was unbelievable. Specifically, Vanessa was amazing in terms of her communication and customer service. I spoke with Scott Hall at subaru in Prince George bc. I have been searching for the right vehicle for a year and found a 2021 jeep Sahara with low km and spotless. He was amazing and extremely accommodating as we were from out of town. He also made the whole purchase easy and affordable for my budget. We bought our first Subaru yesterday at Prince George Subaru. Tyson was very responsive to our email, friendly and super knowledgeable! While we were finalizing payment details he got the car all ready to go so we could take it the same day. Candace was super friendly and fast getting all the financing approved. Would highly recommend Tyson at this dealership!
