Always a great experience at Subaru of Penticton! Great service.
Outback needed new battery under warranty, dealership didn't have one in stock, but they got one from a parts store, and installed it. Service advisor was very good.
I recently moved to the area and needed routine maintenance for my Crosstrek, as I've also been busy lately I asked if the service center could change out my summer tires to my winter tires as well. They ended up snapping off two of my lug nuts and as a result took an extra half hour. When it came time to pay, it was explained to me that I had to pay for the replacement lugs and service hours. On two occasions in Q1 2020 I brought in my 2011 Legacy in for additional work, and both times, corners were cut. During the first visit, the tech dropped a bolt into my engine bay, while undoing a plastic bracket. I noticed the specific bolt replaced, as it was brand new; but they left the old one wedged in my exhaust manifold.
