If there was anywhere I’d recommend anyone get a car, it’d be here! It was the best experience I’ve had at any dealership by far. Patrick and Matthew did a great job working with me, and the whole buying experience was very relaxed and transparent. They’re really here to help and work with you, a real honest dealer. Really happy with my first Subaru, the WRX has been a blast.

Had a fantastic experience at this location today. Called in the morning about some battery issues and they were super accommodating and got me in very quickly last minute. I have purchased multiple Subarus from this Penticton dealership. Unfortunately I had to get the transmission replaced in my sons’ Subaru Outback. This cost many thousands of dollars. A little over a year later the transmission has gone again. What is worse is that I just sold the vehicle to a friend of mine. When I asked what they would do to remedy the situation they refused to stand behind their work. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!
