Called this morning with a concern about my check engine light and asked if they had any time to get my car inspected. Though they had a full day and were unable to, John from service told me to come by so he can read the code to make sure it was nothing serious and ended up fixing the problem! I really appreciated him taking time out of his busy day to help me out, great service!
After paying over $600 for a service I found (after noticing a number of oil spots on the driveway) that the cap for the oil reservoir had not been replaced and oil had been spraying out. Now I have oil spots all over my pristeen driveway and oil all over my engine compartment.. Update: The service depart went above and beyond to make this right. They replenished the oil I had lost, cleaned everything under the hood and even sent a company down to power wash my driveway. They did this all at their cost with no pushback or ex... read more

John in service helped me out over the phone, super nice guy and was generous with his time to chat about a Subaru STI and answered multiple questions I had. Thanks a ton for the effort!!
