I had a fantastic experience with Patrick, I ended up needing to cancel my deposit unfortunately, but throughout the experience Patrick was great, and he communicated updates without delay. I highly recommend shopping here. The deposit was quickly returned without delay.
My review is a little long and starts off-topic, but it all comes together, haha. I’ve had a 2023 WRX for about a year now, and when I bought it, I was originally supposed to buy a different WRX but was, in a sense, “robbed” of buying the car. Had a major 20,000 km service done. Found out there was a mouse near under the hood. I had to read the report. Wasn't told about it. After spending over $500 on that service I looked under the hood on top of the motor there was the mouse nest still there. I cleaned it out myself. When I went in to question the sale person he just passed me onto the.service dept. The reaction from the service dept was like dismissing me. They said we have lots of mice in the Okanagan.
