Agree with several of the other reviews, Avoid them! They ripped off my 80 year old sister.Took Total Advantage of her! Went to buy a car for $15,500 which came to $19,000 with taxes etc.. She was conned into 3 different "Warranties" which totaled almost $8,000. There were also other absurd overpriced add Ons, So, her $15,000 car was now going to cost her $30,000! So far we have gotten them to cancel two of those.

we have spoken to Mr. P***** whom is the son of Barbara. We have discussed that she agreed to purchase a vehicle and then decided to upgrade insurance coverages and warranties voluntarily. Mr. P***** agreed with us after providing documentations that she agreed to upgrades and following our conversation he spoke with his mother and convinced her to change her mind and remove them, This does not mean we did anything wrong. We have cancelled all additional items and issued a full refund to her loan balance.

I would not recommend this dealer. I sent my kid, 17, in to get his car serviced. Being my kid is not very experienced with dealing with rip off service people, he went in there and was told he needed all kinds of useless service. Brake flush $175, coolant flush $199, power steering flush $129. My son went in there thinking he could trust what this guy told him. It was a very valuable lesson in not trusting people. I bought a car here for 43k and paid extra for their "warranty" (I learned they lied about the warranty as I spent 8k fixing major problems four months after purchase). A year later, I brought it back to see what they would buy it for, and they offered me 14k! I told them I got a very unfair deal, and they needed to solve it, but I was informed that the people who ripped me off don't work there anymore, and there is nothing they can do about it. unfortunately we can not control the availability of vehicles which is the has the largest impact on sale prices for the market. which also accelerates the depreciation values of the vehicles as inventory levels get back to normal levels post covid and chip shortages.

left $500 deposit which they said is refundable if I will change my mind, I asked for my money back and for the past 2 weeks no one is returning my calls, texted messages, voice messages, and as of right now still not refund.

SHADY. They add 4k dollars to every used car price. All of the listed prices are lies. These people are soooo shady with the added fees. 4k is not a small fee- that can totally break the budget. We went in to look at a car listed at 23k, and the out the door price was 30k. They said "It's listed on the website", but it's in the fine print at the bottom of the page.
