It’s unbelievable how incompetent this place is. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson on February 9th, 2025. They tried to charge me over $2,400 for an insurance plan that supposedly covers “paint, battery, and tires.” I managed to get it down to $300 by pointing out that it was for some wheel locks they never even installed — they claimed the wheels couldn’t be removed. Horrible staff, I needed assistance and they look at me and keep talking, using their phone, I had to ask for assistance for 3 different people, sales tried to help me, but when discovered I was there for service started laughing saying it was 7pm And I had an appointment for my Solterra for 7pm. If you’re going to buy something they could help, buy post sale in California and Miami not good, definitely recommend another brand. Went in this afternoon in an Uber and left in my new used vehicle, so far so good, they offer 60 days warranty and my bank has extended warranty, so it’s somewhat reassuring for now. The gentlemen who attended me out today, Jerry in sales and the gentle giant of a manager, were more than helpful, cordial and made this usually unpleasant experience bearable and smooth, so for that I’m grateful, would definitely recommend this place when car shopping and look forward to seeing how this car turns out.
Jorge and Javon were a great help. They made everything very easy, we were in and out. Great guys, ask for them if you want top class service!
