I am leasing a Subaru (as opposed to purchasing) for the first time. I had many questions/concerns regarding "leasing" and all that leasing entails. Kyle Messina at Subaru Niagara not only answered all my questions but he also outlined the pros & cons of leasing according to my needs/circumstances as well as offering a variety of scenarios for future leasing and buyout options. Kyle, and the Subaru team in the service department, provided me with excellent customer service during my first oil change. A well deserved 5 Stars.
K Brayden is absolutely the best sales Guy I have seen in a long time. I just bought my second Crosstrek and the buying experience was exceptional! Kyle was great as well he walked me through all the paperwork! I just drove it home today.🥳 Brayden has a lot of awards ya gotta get Kyle caught up!😜
I must say that Steve and KyleM and Heather are fabulous staff. I give them all a first rate review, Ten out of ten. Subaru of Niagara provides the best car buying experience.
Update: I find it easy to get an maintenance appointment scheduled within a week. I prefer early mornings, and for an oil change and general check, its about an hour. While waiting if you're bored, you can look at a new car I recently had my Outback serviced here for the 100k km major maintenance. They performed the work in the time expected and prices Their service techs explained the work and possible issues and kept me informed while the work was being performed I'm happy with the work.
