Absolutely fantastic experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Crosstrek Onxy with my daughter. From the salesman (Brayden, who I can't say enough good things about) to the Finance Manager (Sean, who explained everything in detail and applied zero pressure). Brayden found the exact car we were looking for for a fair price. I will be buying my next car from Subaru of Niagara after owning a Kia/Hyundai for the last 15 years. Great place to be treated like a human, not a paycheck!
Subaru of Niagara in St Catharines on Lake street is the place to go to buy a hybrid or any type of car. Jemma are salesperson was a dream to deal with. She made it very easy and a simple way of explaining the car. I hadnt been there but 10 minutes and i was taking the car for a test drive! She was marvelous. I recently traded in my 2024 Outback for the brand-new 2026 redesigned Outback in Deep Emerald Green at Subaru of Niagara — and I absolutely love it! The redesign is stunning. Very nice folks to deal with. I dealt with the parts department for my Forester, and in the process, happened to inquire about dealership keys on another car of mine. That dealership was very curt, indifferent, and unhelpful, which has been my consistent experience at that location.
