We had a really great experience buying a used Kia from the Subaru dealership. Richard was our salesperson and was friendly, helpful, and upfront from start to finish. Overall good experience, very clear on pricing/ interest rates. Processed everything quickly, lots of services offered to get you used to new tech in the cars. Fight harder then I did on your trade in value! Zero feeling of hustle or shady buisness. Will happily recommend subaru nanaimo and Seth as a sales representative.
We recently bough a new Subaru and had a fantastic experience. Ryan Douglas, the Sales Consultant, was awesome to work with during the whole process of getting our new vehicle. We met with him multiple times to look at cars. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone knows and respects Subaru- the brand has a rock solid reputation, and Subaru of Nanaimo has the most incredible team! This was actually the best experience I’ve ever had when looking at, and buying a new car. My salesperson Levi was knowledgeable, friendly and applied zero pressure.
