During my travels from Toronto going back home to North Bay, my washer fluid stopped working just outside Gravenhurst on a snowy slushy day. Subaru of Muskoka was the closest dealer. I called and they told me to come by right away and head to service drive up. They had such a friendly welcome and looked at my car right immediately, figure out the problem and fix it all in 20mins and I was back on my way. I am so thankful for their kindness and really stepping in to help me out.
Love my 2024 Forester but the service here was less than stellar. Had an emergency flat tire that took 2 days and many excuses like they had to order a special tire, were really busy etc. Very frustrating experience

Just bought from Subaru of Muskoka. Jason was good, knowledgeable and low pressure. Other than that I was not impressed with the company. If it was not convenient for me, I would not have purchased from there. The car is what I chose, but disappointing service. I am still requesting the car fax and service records that are generally revealed before a car is even purchased at other dealerships.
