We had a great experience as purchasers from Subaru of Muskoka. No games, no pressure. We also decided to buy two hours away, instead of locally, due to the trust factor. We received professional and honest service from both Carson and Roshan during the entire sales process. They walked us through all of our options when closing the deal, had the car ready to go for us on delivery day and Carson took all the time we wanted to go over anything we needed explained.
I just purchased a 2026 Outback...it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. My wife and I live in Aurora and found Subaru of Muskoka via a Google search for the vehicle. Disappointed..I moved my service business to this dealership several years ago. I bought an Impresa there and currently have an Outback XT. An expensive looking part suspension part was found below my home parking spot. We live 30 miles from the dealer but I had an appointment nearby and dropped into ask. Brought my vehicle in to get my wheel bearings replaced they replaced two of them when I left. I could still hear the sound of a wheel bearing issue called and was told to bring the vehicle back. Made an appointment a month later because that’s what was available came into the store at 10 AM Waited till 4 o’clock. None of the issues in my car were fixed was told there was multiple other issues that we’re not gonna be covered under warranty that needed me to pay the cost of that didn’t exist.
