Had a 6000km service performed on our 2021 Crosstrek today. Setting up the appointment was slick, and service reception promptly available upon arrival. Everything required was performed, including the free fitting of replacement wipers I had purchased. Invoice of everything performed was accurately detailed, with very acceptable pricing. Top rate service and attention from everyone involved.
During my travels from Toronto going back home to North Bay, my washer fluid stopped working just outside Gravenhurst on a snowy slushy day. Subaru of Muskoka was the closest dealer. I called and they told me to come by right away and head to service drive up. They had such a friendly welcome and looked at my car right immediately, figure out the problem and fix it all in 20mins and I was back on my way. I am so thankful for their kindness and really stepping in to help me out.
