Love my 2024 Forester but the service here was less than stellar. Had an emergency flat tire that took 2 days and many excuses like they had to order a special tire, were really busy etc. Very frustrating experience

Just bought from Subaru of Muskoka. Jason was good, knowledgeable and low pressure. Other than that I was not impressed with the company. If it was not convenient for me, I would not have purchased from there. The car is what I chose, but disappointing service. I am still requesting the car fax and service records that are generally revealed before a car is even purchased at other dealerships.
