Always 100% great service! Truly a great place to come for service or to purchase a car. Joe the new service manager is very accommodating and professional. Becky is another Gem! The tailgate on my forester was acting up and I had the car packed for a cottage trip. Joe at Subaru of Muskoka saved me today. I pulled into the Service bay and he had the problem sorted out in less than a minute - no charge! I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car for service here.
Pick up a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Matt was amazing helping pick out the right one for me made the process super easy and fun loving the new vehicle definitely recommend
People are polite and lovely to deal with. Staff keep you informed every step of the way and no major decisions made without your authorization. In for an AC recharge and back hatch fix which they were able to help me with despite mentioning last minute. Lovely team of people and really appreciated the visit. Will be frequenting for oil changes and maintenance moving forward.
My husband and I were recently on a road trip vacation in our 2025 Forester sport. A flat tire on highway 11, where a young man on a motorcycle stopped and helped us change to the spare (thank you). A call to Subaru Muskoka in Bracebridge, Ryan gave us directions to the dealership, starting the saga of the search for the elusive tire size of the sport model.
