I’ve been going here for 7 years. I bought my car from this location. And in the past few years the service has gone down and the price has gone wayyy up. The past few times I went my bill was $900+ in just labor. The last visit they had my car for 1.5 hours and charged me 905$ in labor. I didn’t even get my oil change sticker. Replaced parts quickly and correctly. Service manager Ricky Loaknauth was outstanding and offered white-glove level service. I was never in the dark about the repair progress or status, 10/10
Brought my car in yesterday for a diagnostic test because I was having some issues previously. I was definitely taken aback by the amount of things that needed repair, but I suppose that happens when you don’t do regular maintenance.
