Subaru of Morristown still has “the customer comes first “ attitude. The entire department works as a team to get me in and out but Vigina is my go to woman.
I bought my Subaru Outback at Subaru of Morristown and have been returning regularly for servicing. Their Service Team is excellent...it’s easy to make an appointment, which is confirmed by email. They are trustworthy and their drivers for pickup service are very professional and on time. I am grateful for their valuable service to owners of Subaru cars. My thanks to the Manager of the Service Department! (We have been Subaru customers for the past 28 years!)

Took my car in for service. Virginia was wonderful to deal with.
When I first pulled into the dealership I voiced my concerns about the time constraints that I was under that evolved after making my appointment. My car was swiftly taken into the service bay and work started immediately. The problem was rectified shortly thereafter. I also want to add that I live in Bergen County, not a close trip. I would like to take a moment and let you know about my service rep. My 2019 Ascent recently was at your service department for a recall and AC issue. I dealt with Victoria. She would greet me with a smile although covered up by her mask the times we are in. She was professional and courteous. Was right there at my car door as I pulled in.
