Truly the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The professionals at Driveway Subaru took the time to assess my vehicle, were conscientious in noting what parts were under warranty, and did NOT try to charge me for anything unnecessary. I live out of state but will only be taking my car to this dealership from now on whenever repairs are needed. Mark and his team are exceptional.

Needed a state inspection done and these guys tried to charge me $4000 in repairs. New brake pads, new rotors, new tires and a list of other charges. Listed wiper blade as a reason for failed inspection and quoted me $60 to replace one blade. Insane.
There are some things I love and some things I hate. It could be better, but it could be worse. Last couple visits have been questionable, but that’s the chance you take dealing with a dealership. The service desk people are always pleasant and nice. I never feel pressured around them. I also love the new text report with pictures. The things that aggravate me are small. The other things that are bigger is just how dealerships are and you just have to take that with a grain of salt and don’t take it personal. Best I can say ... read more
