Awful customer service If i could i would give them a zero. I bought an impreza and 30 days later my exhaust broke off. I only have 40k miles and i thought it would be covered since it was bought 30days ago. They told me that i am out of warranty and am on my own, even though they did the state inspection on it and it passed. The exhaust cost approx $650 . I was very upset at the lack of support and type of customer service that i received from them. I would highly recommend that nobody buy anything from them ever!!!
Subaru of Milford is good a bait and switch Watch for the bait and switch. Used car listed on Internet with warranty. Fast talking salesperson or sales manager switched the internal docs to read as is without me knowing it. Signed and paid in good faith only to find price and warranty stickers in glove box after getting home. Frustrated and Disappointed I recently purchased an Outback from Subaru of Milford. When I purchased the vehicle there was no gas in the tank, seat belt clips were missing, scratches needed to be filled and buffed and it was not the interior color we had discussed. With the understanding that an appointment would be made to correct this I brought the car home. Buyer beware - ask for the number of keys Before you sign and close the deal on any used car here, ask for them to show you the keys. These microchipped keys go for $112.00 each and they don't always give you the two sets you get with a brand new car. If you don't ask, be prepared to pay extra for keys
Was very happy with my experience here. Worked with Laura, and she could not have been more helpful. The entire staff was also very courteous. The ownership clearly puts emphasis on presentation and customer service. Also, during the buying process I was never dealt a "bait and switch" which sadly is rare these days. We just got a 2011 Outback from them and Frank and Ashley were great to interact with. I'd made the deal over the phone and when we went in there were no surprises. In fact, the car they had in stock had a few optional accessories I didn't want and they gave them to me at no extra charge. They gave us a very fair price for our trade-in as well. I can't speak about their service department or their used car sales, but I would highly recommend them for a new car sale.
When my car died, I needed something quickly. I found what I was looking for on their lot, and my experience was nothing but pleasant. I've been car shopping more times than I'd like to count over the years, and I generally come away with disdain towards the skeezy sales people at car lots.
