I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership and their service department for years, but my recent phone interaction with the service manager Brian was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider my opinion. Traveling and notice tire loosing air. Called and they said to stop by. Arrived gentleman show me where to go. Service advisor Brett got our vechile back quickly, had tire replaced and on our way. Brett was amazing and help. We really appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you so much.
Do not take your vehicle here. The staff is uninformed and the techs are incompetent. Management is disrespectful and refuses to correct mistakes. Brian interrupted me at every opportunity and is more interested in protecting bad techs than solving problems. Unfortunately, my only recourse is to file a BBB complaint but you can protect yourself by going somewhere else.
