Big kudos to Brian Lawson on this one !!! I Had an issue with my 2020 Subaru throwing random unrelated check engine codes this week after installing new brakes on my 2020 Subaru. No one else could seem to figure out what was causing this. I finally got in touch with Brian and he was extremely helpful in actually troubleshooting and diagnosing what the real issue was and helped me get the repair that I needed. I really appreciate all of your help Brian !!
I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership and their service department for years, but my recent phone interaction with the service manager Brian was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider my opinion. I called to discuss ongoing issues with a vehicle we purchased just a year ago. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned unpleasant. Traveling and notice tire loosing air. Called and they said to stop by. Arrived gentleman show me where to go. Service advisor Brett got our vechile back quickly, had tire replaced and on our way. Brett was amazing and help. We really appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you so much.
Do not take your vehicle here. The staff is uninformed and the techs are incompetent. Management is disrespectful and refuses to correct mistakes. Brian interrupted me at every opportunity and is more interested in protecting bad techs than solving problems. Unfortunately, my only recourse is to file a BBB complaint but you can protect yourself by going somewhere else.
