In short, this location is staffed by liars. I brought my 2020 Forester in for its routine oil change. I was told that my battery was failing and needed replacing. And that I would need to buy new tie-downs for the battery, which would be a ballpark of $500. I have had no signs of a weak batter - hard turnover or struggling to start.
