Bought a Subaru couple of years back from here. While the car is a joy to drive, the service at this location is less than pathetic.. I have an ongoing issue with transmission systems I have asked them thrice.. Every time they have wait time of almost 20-25 days They can't even squeeze in service appointment for transmission related issues.. If you do not have time ad resources to service vehicles, then why do you sell them in the first place.. On another instance, I was duped of my money by shelling $500 I cars battery lite... read more
I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this dealership. I live in Windsor and two days ago the Subaru dealership in Windsor did a B service which is pretty extensive. With that they changed the oil. Today I drove to London and realized my 2024 Outback was leaking oil like crazy. I drove straight to the Subaru dealership in London and explained what was going on.
