I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this dealership. I live in Windsor and two days ago the Subaru dealership in Windsor did a B service which is pretty extensive. With that they changed the oil. Today I drove to London and realized my 2024 Outback was leaking oil like crazy. I drove straight to the Subaru dealership in London and explained what was going on. We are first time Subaru owners, and found the entire experience; from test driving, to leasing, to driving off the lot, was exceptional. We weren’t rushed, had all our questions answered quickly & knowledgeably, and there were none of the “shady car sales games” that we experienced at another London dealership. Anne-Marie was excellent to deal with and we would highly recommend both her and Subaru of London.
