Eh. I'm old school and when I visit a dealership, I expect the salesman to run out the door and pursue me as I browse through the vehicles. We were shopping for a car for my daughter. The place was packed and people were so busy no one noticed when we walked in the first time. I was disheartened as we walked back outside. I told my daughter, we look at the cars, someone will come. My husband and I contacted this dealership and we spoke with Daniel Jackson about purchasing a car. We are about 5 hours away so we were wanting to make sure there was nothing we needed to know about it before we came down and bought it. Daniel offered to hold the car for us on Wednesday, until Saturday, and then called us the next day and LIED and said they didn't have the title for the car and that if we wanted the car we would have to finance through them, otherwise they were selling it to someone else. Melanie (Highly Recommend)was our salesperson and Bryan the sales manager, they were great to deal with during the purchase of our first Subaru. Melanie’s knowledge of the Forester was impressive. They were not high pressure sales and made our decision from buying a Honda easy! It was an amazing car buying experience....highly recommend!
