Ed and Stephen were so friendly and extremely helpful when our 21 Forester had the TCV go bad (fortunately) right as we were passing the dealership. Pulled in with the car bucking and barely driving and parked right in front of the service doors. Stephen and Ed were very welcoming and helped me get my wife (who had just had surgery) and my daughter into the A/C while we worked everything out and got us (surprisingly quick) into a loaner car. While I am not a big fan of my 2019 outback (all sorts of problems), I am a big fan of this service department. Willie specifically has worked to get my outback in road trip condition, even fitting me in just a couple of days before a big trip. Also, good communicator.

Had the best experience on Monday with the service department. Was on a road trip when the coolant control valve on my wife’s outback decided to fail. They perform the warranty work and I was back on the road in less than two hours. Excellent excellent service department.

Fantastic service people I am traveling and stopped for help. Car was struck and had loose trim piece in addition to missing pieces They fixed me up temporarily and got me on the road
