Quote 600 for timing belt, 135 for water pump. Actual $735. Blamed it on fees, misc and the EPA.

I purchased an Outback here today. I first contacted Stephanie in January when I started planning a purchase. She was extremely helpful and respected my request to delay my contact and purchase due to a family matter that came up unexpectedly. Then when I got back with her four months later; she went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule and requests. There was never any pressure and I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie in particular. Joseph in the finance department was awesome as well.

We bought a pre-owned car at this dealership and have had nothing but trouble. The dealer admitted at a later stage that they knew that the car had an oil leak, but sold it anyway without fixing the car. We have since spend nearly $2,000 to repair the car (which is worth about $6,000), which were engine-related, and potentially related to the existing oil leak. It is the fastest and simplest car purchase and finance that I have ever done. The staff address all my concerns. The sales mgr did my finance in under 15 min. And they included a nice maintenance contract. After 45 years of GM, I am Subaru convert!
