I’m leasing a Subaru WRX, and I had two issues recently. First, I had a battery situation, Mike Needham handled it quickly and got me back on track. A few days later, my tire blew out on the highway. Mike was there first thing in the morning, arranged a loaner, and explained everything clearly. He knows his stuff and made both situations smooth. That’s the kind of service I can respect. They are always great... forgot to add that the cafe wasn't open and probably should be as we were there almost 4 hrs for service and repairs.
