Sales Department was great when I purchased the car a year ago. Service Department has been 180° opposite. This is my second time here for service. Made an appointment for the complimentary oil change that came with my purchase. 90+ minutes later...I am still waiting for my car. What good is an appointment time if it isn't honored by your company. Shame on you SoJAX Subaru.
Tommy from the service center has gone out of his way to help me get my repairs covered by my carmax warranty. The service is always good and the needs clearly explained. The technician went above and beyond to have a repair done in time for my family vacation.
