All of my experiences with Subaru of Glendale have been positive since I purchased my Crosstrek from them almost a year ago. From my salesperson Jadiel to my maintenance work and my experience this afternoon with Alvin in the parts department who helped me with my missing wheel lock. All have been very helpful and nice. I’m very glad to do business with them and would highly recommend this dealership.
Came in for routine service and found I had to do a large repair on my Crosstrek that I wasn't expecting, and it fell around the same I really couldn't lose access to my car. Not only did the team work to get me into a loaner ASAP, but Deby, Grant, and Tobi were so kind and helpful through the entire process. I was stressed about the breadth of the repair, but it would have been so much worse if those three hadn't been so attentive and empathetic. Walked in and trying to get a quote and information on new suv for my mom. Asked for help and the sales person said someone will help you shortly. Sit in the lobby for 10mins, nobody come, and I asked again can I have the newest price for the forester. The sales man said ‘’ I don’t understand your question, all the prices are on the website……….. I saw you’re sitting there I thought you were helped already’’ DONT COME HERE!!! This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Saleswoman interrupted me constantly, yelled at me, and got upset when I wanted more information—all I wanted was an itemized invoice, but was told the file was "too big to send." She also kept invoking god and said things like, "I'm a mother, would I lie to you?" which was like ... not convincing.
