I purchased an Outback from Subaru of Glendale in December 2023. I traded it in for a Crosstrek at Subaru of Spreen. They sold me on an extra warrantee saying I would get a refund from canceling the agreement from Subaru of Glendale and the refund would basically pay for the extra warrantee. I filed the paperwork back in December with the Finance guy in Glendale and was told it would be a couple of weeks. We had a very good experience at Subaru of Glendale. Our sales person, Tolga, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We did a lot of research before purchasing our Outback Touring XT and came back to Subaru!
