I should mention this is more about the service department, but you should know that if you purchase a vehicle from them, this is what you have to look forward to if you service your car here. Worse dealership I’ve ever experienced. They did not help at all with a car I had to get another car for my needs and I was very disappointed and upset. They don’t take your kids nor your self as a consideration. Supposedly Subaru is ALL about the best safe and reliable. Hell nah! So what i did went to another Subaru and guess what?
