I would give 0 stars if I could. A year ago, I went for my routine oil change and to figure out why my tire warning light wouldn't turn off (tire pressure was fine) and what the bad smell in my car was. They didn't know what the smell was and they just restarted the tire light. I went three time for the tire light since it wouldn't turn off. Let me start by saying my wife and I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a 2025 Subaru from Subaru of Gallatin. We did not visit the dealership but bought it online. The process was seamless and took less than an hour. The also delivered it to our residence. Miracle Katina and others walked me through the process. I have never had service of this level. Subaru of Gallatin is a lovely place to get my Impreza checked out. Their customer care is top shelf from the first contact with Miss Tina (Service Advisor), coffee selections, Tim (Sales Manager) making the rounds and saying, “good morning,” and Miss Cindy at the point of sale. I highly recommend this amazing team, any day of the week!
Tried to sell me every service under the sun and never even fix the problem.
