Came in looking for an Outback… left in my first EV. Chad was truly 10/10. He took his time, listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience feel easy and fun from start to finish. In late 2021 I decided I wanted a Subaru Forester. I made a trip out to Subaru Gallatin to see what they might have in their inventory. I met Eric Yates. Eric answered all my questions and although there was nothing I could afford at that time he stayed In touch with me (for months)! In May 2022, Eric called about a 2019 Forster that was available.
