I had a great experience working with Cody and Rory at Subaru of Gallatin. While we ultimately couldn't make the used car deal work, both were professional, attentive, and genuinely tried to find a solution that worked for me. Liars and scammers who don't even really seem to know what they are talking about. Outrageous prices and would rather sell you a new expensive part than make a simple adjustment to something that's not even broken. Also quoted a nearly $600 labor charge for something even I, myself, can (and did) do in less than 45 minutes... Spent 20,000 on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in mid January and found out shortly after the thermostat was stuck open they want to charge me 1200 to fix it. I called them and reported it less than a month after buying it but they don't care.
If you're looking for a dealership who excels in customer service, this is it! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so fun and inviting. Matthew was so patient with us and found my dream Ascent! The entire team (finance too) was so helpful and made us feel right at home.
My daughter came here to buy a car and about a week in we found that the car had some issues. We called the dealership and they were extremely helpful in reversing the paperwork and getting her into a reliable car with the same payments. They went above and beyond to help the situation and my college kid now has a great vehicle. Thank you! We appreciate all you did to work that out!
