Forget everything you thought you knew about car dealers, their service sets a whole new standard.
Very fast, & professional.
Genuinely shocked at how poorly this dealership operates. From scheduled test drives that don't happen, to unanswered questions to not keeping their word they missed the sale of 2 vehicles. Your time and money is valuable, my suggestion is to stay far away from Subaru Of Gallatin. *edit* No I will not be reaching out. You had every chance to do right when I was an interested customer. Pathetic it takes a public review for you to be concerned.
Disappointing First Experience I recently purchased my first Subaru (a used vehicle—not from this dealership), and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. Unfortunately, I’ve been having an issue with the radio—phantom touches and glitching—and was told it might just need an update.
