I CANNOT say enough great things about my experience with Subaru of Gallatin! They have been A+++ from the moment I contacted them. Shoutout to Eric Y for the top tier communication and service! He answered all my questions without any pressure and provided a video of the car and a Carfax. Follow ups were timely and everything was very clear and transparent. I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru outback XT touring. The sales experience was first class and our sales representative Tim Anderson kept us fully informed Of timing, as well as helping us, select our accessories. Just had my first experience with the service department as we had some pre-ordered accessories installed and a software update that had recently been made available. I recently came in and a man by the name of Blake greeted me. Glad to be greeted but that is the ONLY thing i'm glad about. After explaining I was early in my search and had questions he was stopped being the nice guy. Every question I had seemed like it bothered him. I quickly figured out this isn't the place I wish to buy a car from as they clearly allow a salesperson to be condescending rude and bothered over someone considering spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. 3 years later... Eric sold us another Subaru and yet another seamless experience. I cannot thank him and Chris enough! Eric Yates was absolutely amazing to work with. Easy going, he offered exactly what we wanted for our trade in and made the whole process smooth. My husband and I are very pleased and excited to get our new car. The sales managers just came by to thank us for our business not to pressure us into anything it was all around a great experience!
